Frozen Yogurt Cherries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2cup plain yoghurt
  • 1teaspoon honey
  • 8cherries (fresh or frozen), sliced
  • 1tablespoon pistachios, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  • Line a shallow, freezer-safe container with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, stir together yoghurt and honey.
  • Dip cherries in yoghurt mixture, coating them completely.
  • Place in a parchment-lined container, making sure they’re not touching. Sprinkle with pistachios.
  • Cover and freeze until yoghurt is set, about 3 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer until serving.
